Riding Lessons

Lessons offer a variety of options from beginner group lessons for kids, to intermediate and advanced lessons for kids, teens & adults. Lessons begin at age 12, with a weight limit of 200 lb. Each lesson is for one hour and typically your horse will be tacked and then turned out after for you. For beginners, we cover topics like building confidence, learning to be safe with the horse, and having a foundation in both disciplines and bareback. As riders move up through lessons or with previous experience, we work on trot work, canter, both disciplines English and Western, and a strong foundation in all their cues on the ground, bareback, and under saddle. We have a limited number of spaces for advanced riders, and a list of concepts and ages to help gauge which class is the best fit for you.
